Intersaction acquired PQR and 2ML from Gilde Equity Management Benelux and other sellers
Boer & Croon Corporate Finance advised Intersaction and co-investors Luc Brandts and Robert Pijselman on the arrangement of bank facilities for the acquisitions of PQR and 2ML. The facilities were provided by ABN AMRO. Intersaction is a private equity investor in B2B companies with revenues of €5m and higher. Luc Brandts and Robert Pijselman are the founders of BWise, which they sold to Nasdaq. PQR is an IT infrastructure specialist, focused on designing, supplying, implementing and migrating workspaces, datacenters and cloud solutions for mid- and large sized organisations. The company mainly works on a project-basis and a large part of its sales is achieved in the public sector. 2ML is an IT managed services company, specialised in IT outsourcing, cloud services and datacenter services.
After the acquisitions both companies will be merged into one organisation under the PQR brand. The BCCF team advised Intersaction and the co-investors on the most suitable financing structure for the new PQR, aligned with the current business profiles and the growth ambitions of the combination.
Quote from Luc Brandts, co-investor in PQR/2ML: “The arrangement of bank facilities requires a professional preparation and tight coordination with the involved banks. We are impressed with the approach of BCCF and their commitment from the beginning of the process until closing. Truly an example for many other advisors.”
