Boer & Croon Corporate Finance has advised the shareholder of Debuut on the intended sale of the company to Waterland Private Equity.
Debuut Beheer B.V. is the holding company of a group of 29 restaurants, including well-known concepts such as Stan&Co, Popocatepetl The Mexican, Kees, Belgian Beer Café Olivier, In De Waag and De Vooruit. The company is one of the largest players in the Dutch hospitality sector.
Waterland is a European private equity firm that assists entrepreneurs in realising their growth ambitions. Waterland has offices in Antwerp, Bussum, Munich, Dusseldorf, Manchester, Copenhagen and Warsaw, and currently manages €6 billion of committed assets.
